Passion, dedication and a deep eagerness to challenge the established have been the pillars on which Vicente Jim\u00e9nez has built his culinary career, who has developed his identity throughout a career full of learning and great experiences. Trained in Denia, Benidorm and at the University of Seville, his time in renowned kitchens such as Audrey’s and his work with great masters of gastronomy such as Rafa Soler, completely transformed his vision of cooking.<\/p>\n

With a restless personality and a unique sensibility, Vicente Jim\u00e9nez is a lover of cooking who began in the family tradition, learning from the flavors of his home.
