Passion, dedication and a deep eagerness to challenge the established have been the pillars on which Vicente Jiménez has built his culinary career, who has developed his identity throughout a career full of learning and great experiences. Trained in Denia, Benidorm and at the University of Seville, his time in renowned kitchens such as Audrey’s and his work with great masters of gastronomy such as Rafa Soler, completely transformed his vision of cooking.
